Möljä Farm – home of Fifth Flavour black garlic

Pure Garden garlic and the products made from it come from Southern Ostrobothnia, from Möljä Farm, cultivated by Vuokko Yli-Kesäniemi and Mikko Siljamäki. Möljä is Vuokko’s family farm, where the couple returned after their international adventures.

“It was 2008 in Tampere. I felt that city life wasn’t for me. I resigned from my permanent job and set off to travel the world for a year.

The year was full of experiences: Buddhist New Year celebrations, Malaysian sharks, job hunting in Australia, Aboriginal culture, and mountain villages in Laos.

These experiences eventually led me back to the countryside and into farming. Finnish nature and pure food are things you learn to value and miss when you are far from home.

I am happy to now share with you flavours from pure nature—with an international twist!”
