Pure Garden black garlic and products made of it are handcrafted in Southern Ostrobothnia, Finland, at Möljä Farm.
 

Arctic Pure Garden was born from a desire to make Finnish garlic better, more flavorful, and gentler on the stomach. This led to the creation of the Fifth Flavour: umami – the taste that makes good food even better.

Passion and courage at the heart
 

Our story began in 2020, when Vuokko’s passion for garlic sparked the idea of something entirely new. The result is a flavor experience that blends responsibility, vegan values, warmth, and remarkable richness. With a touch of courage, Fifth Flavour was born.
 

When we do something, we do it properly

Since then, we have continued the same dedicated work to bring pure, northern-born, and unique taste experiences to both home cooks and professional kitchens. Our ready-to-use black garlic products bring a fresh twist to both new and familiar recipes – easily, quickly, and without waste.

Sustainability

Exceptional flavor is born from Arctic growing conditions. The garlic used in our products is responsibly cultivated in Finland, with respect for tradition and nature. It draws its aroma from the midnight sun and its strength from the icy winter. Our unique raw material grows in nutrient-rich soil, with abundant natural water and without unnecessary pesticides. You can truly taste its Arctic origin.

Our Finnish black garlic products from our whole bulbs and cloves to our umami sauce are made from high-quality ingredients without additives. It doesn’t get much purer than this.
 

More flavour, less waste. We work carefully to minimize waste at every stage, from production to packaging design. Ingredients that might otherwise go to waste are given a new life as deep, rich flavor in our sauces.

The carefully designed package sizes, good shelf life, and resealable packaging help keep our products fresh and reduce waste in our customers’ everyday use as well.

Big experience, small carbon footprint. Our 100% plant-based products are made locally, efficiently, transparently, and responsibly –without unnecessary transport from the other side of the globe.
