Terms and Conditions of Order and Delivery

Pure Garden Oy, Business ID: 3102314-1, address: Möljäntie 29 63510 LEHTIMÄKI KK; sells products to businesses and to private individuals aged 18 and over within the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store and to similar deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from 10 August 2021 onwards. We reserve the right to amend the terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review the applicable delivery terms each time before placing an order in our online store.
Products and prices
The characteristics and prices of products in the online store are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the applicable prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include taxes, which are shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges applicable to the order are automatically added to the total amount when the delivery is within mainland Finland. You can view the delivery costs in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
Orders placed from outside mainland Finland are arranged and paid for by the customer, including any necessary shipping, customs clearance, and related costs.
Ordering and Contract
You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and confirming your order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart via the payment service using a credit card.
When placing an order in our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms valid at any given time.
You understand that your confirmed order, once accepted by us, is binding – except as otherwise provided regarding cancellation rights – and together with these delivery terms forms a binding agreement between us.

Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in our online store and available in the shopping cart.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, so please provide your email address when placing the order.
If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method
We deliver your order using the delivery method stated on our website within mainland Finland.
Orders are shipped via Posti or Matkahuolto, according to the customer’s selection, to the nearest pickup point to the address provided in the order form within mainland Finland. If you wish to have your order delivered to a specific Posti or Matkahuolto pickup point, please indicate this separately in the order comments field.
Delivery time
Our typical delivery time within mainland Finland is approximately 5 business days, depending on the order and the selected delivery method.
​Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last delivery batch, or in the case of regular deliveries, after receiving the first delivery.
The cancellation notice must be made clearly by email to the address provided below, or by including a written notice with the returned goods.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipping.
If the contract is cancelled, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice to the return address stated below. The sender must, if necessary, be able to prove that the goods have been returned within the required time, for example with a return receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. These costs are not refundable.
When returning an order, please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for the refund.
We will refund the payment received for the order without undue delay in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of Delivery, Defects and Problem Situations
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt, so that we can agree on how to remedy the issue.
In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.

Limitation of Liability
Pure Garden Oy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages related to an order, delivery, or product, or for any other damages arising from the aforementioned, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act or other applicable mandatory legislation provide otherwise in relation to such damages.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes related to your order primarily by mutual agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first so we can resolve the matter.

If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before bringing the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Local Register Offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
