Black garlic pizza

Elevate your favourite pizza with Fifth Flavour umami sauce. Try this easy recipe for a crispy crust and a rich, flavourful sauce!
Crispy pizza base Ingredients:
2.25 dl water
1 sachet dry yeast
1 tsp oregano
3 pinches of salt
A pinch of sugar
Approx. 7 dl plain flour
4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the water to 42°C.
Mix the dry yeast with 1 dl of the flour and add it to the warm water. Stir well.
Add the oregano, salt, and sugar.
Gradually add the flour, about 1 dl at a time, kneading well between each addition.
When the dough is still slightly loose, add half of the olive oil. Add the remaining oil once all the flour has been incorporated. Knead the dough for a few more minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm spot to rise.
Allow the dough to rise for at least 30 minutes.
Place a pizza stone or baking tray in the oven and preheat the oven to 250°C.

Black garlic sauce:
150 g tomato passata (e.g. Mutti Passata)
120 g Pure Arctic Garden Fifth Flavour umami sauce (½ bottle)
Instructions:
Mix the tomato passata and umami sauce together. Spread a thin, even layer over the pizza base, right to the edges.
Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base and add your favourite toppings.
For an extra touch of umami, sprinkle chopped black garlic cloves over the pizza before baking.
Bake at 250°C for 5–7 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and golden.
