Fifth Flavour grilled mushrooms

Serves 6 as a side dish
You will need:
12 large mushrooms
6 tbsp Fifth Flavour umami sauce
Salt, to taste (from a grinder)
Black pepper, to taste (from a grinder)
Balsamic vinegar
Remove the stems and rinse the mushrooms.
Place the mushrooms in a plastic bag and add the sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
Let marinate for 1 hour.
Grill, for example in a grill basket over charcoal or gas, or cook in a pan.
Finish with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
